These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them. Please read them together with our Privacy, Shipping and Refund policies, which form part of these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you give is accurate.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe our fragrances as accurately as we can. Fragrance is subjective: how a scent develops and how long it lasts varies with skin chemistry, temperature and application. A difference in personal experience is not a defect. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the actual product.

Skin safety

Our products are for external use only. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Keep away from eyes and out of reach of children. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, review the ingredient list and patch-test before full use. Stop using the product and seek medical advice if irritation occurs. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping and Cash on Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order where the item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, we cannot deliver to the address given, or we suspect fraud or abuse. If we cancel a prepaid order, we refund it in full.

5. Payment

We accept UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets through our payment partners, and Cash on Delivery where available. Payments are processed by the gateway on its own systems; we never receive your card or UPI credentials. For direct UPI or QR payments, your order is processed only after we have verified the reference number you supply.

6. Intellectual property

Our name, logo, product names, imagery, text and site design are our property or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or resell our content, or post content that is false, abusive or infringes someone else's rights.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, government restrictions, courier failures or infrastructure outages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Grievance contact

For complaints or grievances, including under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, contact us using the details on our contact page. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
